The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 1 Permanent Electrician role at our Mine Site where Jellinbah in Blackwater is the Point of Hire, Qld. Working 8 days ON 6 days OFF, 600 - 1800. DIDO/FIFO role from Blackwater, Brisbane,Rockhampton Locals ONLY.

What This Role Involves:

• Consistent delivery of all electrical maintenance services 
• Maintenance and Electrical repairs on site
• Electrical maintenance of appliances, equipment, rooms and offices 
• Preventive electrical maintenance schedules
• Complying with all OH&S policies and procedures

The Ideal Applicant Will Have:

• Electrical Trade Qualifications Mandatory
• 3 + Years Experience working in a range of environments (including accommodation, kitchens and construction) 
• Current QLD A Grade Electrical License (Mandatory)
• High attention to detail
• Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Drivers License (Auto or Man) Mandatory (Additional incidental tickets - Forklift, Working in Confined Spaces etc are desirable
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
