About the role
You will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, achieved through excellent scheduling, time management and team leadership. You will be required to liaise with clients and ensure customer requirements and specifications and met. Overseeing and providing daily direction for trades and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage, lead and mentor trades
* Follow through/deliver on team objectives
* Ensure projects run on schedule
* Planning and Organising all activities on site
* Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met
Skills & experience
* Qualified Electrician
* Experience in effectively managing and leading trades
* Excellent communication and advanced time management skills
* Attention to detail and excellent problem solving abilities
* Willingness to learn and develop, prepared to undertake Cert IV Management Course
* CEC Accredited Electrian or an Electrican wanting to become accredited ( Costs covered by employer)
* Strong commitment to working safely and in accorance with WHS obligations
* White card, WWVP desired, drivers licence and own tools
