What do we expect from you?
We are seeking someone with a positive, friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships. Our company takes pride in delivering expert customer service, and your ability to excel in this area will be valued.
While being mechanically minded with previous experience working with PLC's, various field instrumentation, and control systems would help you quickly excel in this role, we believe our extensive internal training processes and culture of knowledge sharing will support you in becoming a highly skilled and respected Service Technician within the industry. If you are eager to learn, we are committed to teaching you everything we know.
Essential computer literacy skills, an understanding of how to comply with AS/NZS Standards, and a strong fault-finding ability will also empower you to thrive in this role.
Opportunities to Travel
As a Service Technician with our team, you will predominantly work on-site at various healthcare facilities including hospitals, medical centres, dental clinics, and universities across Brisbane and the greater South East, with occasional opportunities beyond. In fact, some of our technicians have the unique opportunity to work in exotic locations like Thursday Island and Papua New Guinea. These assignments are highly coveted by our technicians, offering a fulfilling and exciting chance for adventure, professional growth, and the meaningful opportunity to assist communities in enhancing their healthcare standards.
