As part of our continued growth, XPRESS SECURITY have an exciting opportunity for a hard working, motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Security Technician
We are a well-established company with the majority of our work onsite in the Greater Brisbane to Gold Coast area. A company vehicle will also be provided as part of the Salary package
This is a varied role covering several security aspects - electronic systems, intruder alarms, access control systems. Specifically, our work involves commercial installation of:
- Gallagher Access Control
- Boomgates
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
- Intercoms and access systems
- Networking IT
- Systems Programming
A sound knowledge, training and certification on Gallagher, Avigilon, Pacom, Genetec, Concept systems is preferred
You will need to:
- Have your own vehicle and drivers licence
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Have a general interest in security equipment
- Be highly motivated and take pride in your work
- Be punctual, honest and reliable
- Be well presented/tidy (preferably non-smoker)
- Be safety conscious
- Enjoy attention to detail in your tasks and reporting
- Work well with others and take instruction
