The role provides the engineering support in the delivery of product development, integration and sustaining portfolio outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is proatctive and committed to get the result and looking to start her/his engineering career.
In this role, you will;
- Support the product development process throughout all stages and ensure all deliverables meet quality, commercial and technical requirements.
- Complete verifications and validation of hardware and software solutions and document the testing results as evidence of product comformity.
- Engage with end users, vendors and manufacturing to confirm product acceptance and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Complete Engineering Change Orders and Non-conformance Report (NCRs) investigations for product improvements.
- Support technical activitiies within the thrid-party integration projects from the start to completion.
- Create and maintain engineering documentations on the knolwedge management platform such as qualification procedures, factory acceptance tests reports, sofeware verification cases.
- Provide techinical support to internal/external stakeholders by troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct training on new product/features when required.
About You
Essential:
- Electronic/Systems engineering degree or equivalent with 2+ years' experience
- Practical experience of integration and verification of software/hardware components on software-based systems
- Highly motivated and self-starting
- Software release testing certificate advantageous
- PCB and firmware design and implementation experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of mining and rail industries
