Job Summary:
As an Electronics Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining board-level automated functional test systems. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you'll spearhead the creation of a robust functional PCB test architecture. Your main work will be based around an INGUN MA2111 test fixture, adding basic multiplexing, and routing functions to test instruments to be used with exchangeable baseplates. Other existing test systems, such as a flying probe tester, will also be under your scope. From prototyping and debugging to software architecture development, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving efficiency and accuracy in our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a functional test platform for printed circuit assemblies, defining requirements and creating architectural designs.
- Prototype, debug, and implement electronic hardware, embedded software, and PC-based software for test systems.
- Integrate test systems with our ERP system, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Report progress on assigned work and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in electronics development.
- Proficiency in Embedded and PC Software Development.
- Experience in at least two phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with SQL Databases.
