About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to support Test Automation and Production of automated test systems for testing of Electrical Switchgear, Electronic Modules and PCB assemblies. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of an organization taking Australian technology to the world. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your leader to grow and achieve your career aspirations in the team. This role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Electronics Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Design and implementation of new (and updated) test systems on NOJA production lines, in particular those requiring automation and programming
- Support and improve NOJA’s data systems; data entry interfaces, machine communications, database structure and back-ends, reporting, data analysis.
- Support the team taking on Electronics Engineering tasks, including testing, redesign, component qualification etc.
- Coordinate your work closely with a team of Process, Mechanical, Mechatronic and other Electronic Engineers.
- Implement, comply with, and enforce NOJA Power quality, environmental and workplace health and safety procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications; Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similar;
- Experience in:
- Control and measurement systems
- Production Processes
- LABVIEW programming
- Electronics Design & Engineering
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- “Can-do” attitude with good work ethic
- Excellent personal communication skills
- Precise, clear technical documentation skills
