As an Electrotechnology Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of aspiring electricians, equipping them for success in the dynamic world of electrotechnology.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and assessment for the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification
- Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and update training materials to align with industry standards
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and incorporate them into the curriculum
- Collaborate with fellow trainers to enhance teaching methodologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training programs
Skills and Experience:
- Hold Australian qualifications for UEE30811 or its successor
- Proven experience in delivering vocational training and development programs
- Sound understanding of electrotechnology principles and practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to engage and motivate learners
Qualification Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
- UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
- Hold Australian qualifications for UEE30811 or its successor.
- Possess a current Australian Electrical Licence, demonstrating industry currency
- Australian Electrical Licence
