SalarySix Degrees Executive are excited to be partnering with this PE owned omnichannel retail operation, as they seek an Email Marketing Manager to join their Brisbane team.
Joining a high performing and dynamic customer team of 16, the Email Marketing Manager will own the direct marketing strategy with a particular focus on email and SMS. With the mandate of refining the business’s direct marketing capability, this role will build out a superior marketing journey, that champions segmentation and personalisation efforts, to ensure the customer is routinely and seamlessly engaged with to the best possible standard.
While the business utilises Salesforce Marketing Cloud, this systems experience is a “nice to have”, but not an absolute necessity. However, this role does require a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar CRM/email focused role, ideally built within an environment with routine trade campaign initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a clear communication style, the ability to create a strategy from scratch, and the tenacity to demonstrate the importance of a strong direct marketing strategy. Being apart of a large team covering digital, marketing and strategy personnel, and also routinely collaborating with other functions, the Email Marketing Manager will also see their stakeholder management ability as a major professional strength.
This business is fast paced, and high performing, with strong technical experts leading from the front. Reporting into an incredibly strong and capable Head of Digital, this role will have the opportunity to learn from the best in market, while also managing and developing headcount, too. This role would suit someone with past expeirience in managing people, or someone with the desire to step up.
Located in South Brisbane, this role does seek someone who can spend majority of the week in the office. In return, alongside the opportunity to represent digital within a major player in the Australian retail world, is a strong base salary and bonus scheme.
