We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Electronics engineer to join our R&D team in Melbourne.
• Responsible for the firmware design of different biomedical products, experienced in system design for commercial applications, understanding well all standard communication interfaces and hand-on works of a hardware job.
Required Skills and Experience
• Experienced in embedded C program for ARM Cortex-M and RISC-V microcontrollers.
• Standardise, manage and document the API libraries of different peripheral devices for ARM and RISC-V cores.
• Experienced with Memory management, Interrupt handling and DMA.
• Experienced with JTAG/SWD debugging.
• Familiar with standard communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, GPIO, and UART.
• Experienced in writing FLASH drivers for ARM and RISC-V cores.
• Knowledge of wireless technology such as WIFI, BLE and NFC.
• Must have excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirables:
• Familiarity with ARM/RISC-V SoC CPU architectures and peripheral interconnects.
• Knowledge of Python/C programming on Raspberry Pi.
• Familiar with system design for biomedical devices.
• Desirable to have experience in digital filter and signal processing for RF transceivers (NFC, Bluetooth), and high resolution/high-speed ADCs.
• Desirable to have knowledge of VHDL/Verilog.
Education & Experience:
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 1 years of design experience.
