Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their families.
• Conduct routine check-ups and health assessments for expectant mothers.
• Monitor the physical, emotional, and social well-being of mothers during pregnancy.
• Assist and support mothers during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and positive birth experience.
• Offer guidance and support for breastfeeding and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families about childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years of midwifery experience.
• Mandatory competencies.
• Statements of Service.
• Criminal Record Check.
• Cannulation/venipuncture
