Seeking Emergency Services Officer / Control Room Security Officer at a critical infrastructure client site in Port Bonython 5601
• Salaried Position – Excellent Remuneration
• 4 On 4 Off Roster
• Transport provided from Whyalla to Port Bonython and return for work purposes
• Excellent team environment
• Established security team
The position function includes:
• Provide basic health care response for urgent medical services / basic life support (HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care required)
• Control room duties - monitoring and operating CCTV cameras
• Maritime Security Guard (MSG) Duties
• Access control management - ensuring site compliance is always adhered to
• Fire panel operations
• Conduct Drug and Alcohol Testing
• Bag Checks
• Assisting with Emergency situations
• Internal & External Foot/Vehicle Patrols
• Gatehouse duties
• Concierge/Customer service
Role requirements:
• Australian Citizen / Permanent resident / Full working rights
• HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care(Mandatory)
• South Australian Security License
• Current valid Full Driver's license
• HLTPAT005 - Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing (preferred not essential)
• Eligible to apply - Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) – company will cover cost
• Current First Aid qualification
• Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
• Well-presented and great verbal / written communication skills
• Fitness for work
