Catholic Education Tasmania is on the lookout for dedicated and skilled individual who can assist in providing and facilitating Employee Relations and Safeguarding services to our system.
As the Employee Relations and Safeguarding Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a broad range of Employee Relations and Safeguarding initiatives, programs and services to meet organisational needs effectively.
- Providing coaching, guidance and high-level advice to managers with regard to Employee Relations and Safeguarding compliance activities.
- Offering comprehensive Employee Relations and Safeguarding support and expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishing strong relationships throughout the system to ensure efficient communication and service delivery in line with the People Services Service Catalogue.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
- Diploma of Human Resources and/or relevant equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience in a similar people services role in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently with broad direction.
