Employee Relations Officer (Re-Advertised)

Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications form passionate and experienced candidates that can support the provision and delivery of employee relation services to our teams.

As Employee Relations Officer, you will:

• Deliver a broad range of Employee Relations initiatives, programs and services to business partners and employees in order to meet organisational requirements.
• Develop relationships across the system to ensure effective communications and delivery of services aligned to the People Services Service Catalogue.
• Provide end to end Employee Relations support and knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

• Diploma of Human Resources and/or relevant equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and experience in a similar Human Resources Role in a busy environment with competing demands.
• Able to work independently with broad direction.
