About this Opportunity
The scope of this role is to provide high quality ER advice and coaching to people leaders that educates and upskills their knowledge, enabling them to effectively manage and lead their teams.
Working within a high-performance culture as an in-house ER specialist, the role would see your liaising with people leaders in a broad range of people related matters including, Policies, Enterprise Agreements, NES entitlements, Employment contracts, conduct and performance management.

- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements and Employee Relations case management.
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
- Up to date with any relevant Employee Relations amendments and emerging matters including, but not limited to case law, legislation and award changes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to work with business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups
