This role is accountable for providing administration and data support for the Employer Services team to ensure that all reporting is timely and correct.
Assist with reporting requirements for the Employer Services team as required
Receive inbound telephone calls and emails in relation to Employer Services
Complete the required data entry tasks
Manage the data mismatch errors (known internally as CWB errors)
Case manage historical errors
Maintaining and developing positive relationships with internal stakeholders such as the Employer Partnership Managers, Advice; and external stakeholders including employers key contacts
Provide extemporary customer service to Universities and Related Bodies to work through employer/member data issues to ensure a timely resolution
Liaising with colleagues on employer / member inquiries and complaints and escalating issues where necessary
Support customer relationships, maximising loyalty through developing an increased understanding of the Employer and any issues
Deliver agreed KRA’s Other Adhoc Support as required
About You:
Strong analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong relationship building skills, with a customer service orientation
Ability to identify customer needs and how to support them
Ability to analyse operational work processes and to identify opportunities for improvements
Strong reporting and data analysis experience
Critical thinking and influencing skills
A sound understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel and/or ability and desire to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a team
Experience within the financial services industry
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience and RG 146 compliant (ASFA 100 & ASFA 108)
Experience in superannuation industry with exposure to both defined benefit and accumulation funds (preferred) Acurity knowledge (preferred)
