HEQ Services Dalby is a dynamic and progressive Crane Hire and Diesel Maintenance company servicing the mining and Coal Seam gas industries throughout the Surat basin.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated Receptionist who has an eye for detail. This role is based in Toowoomba and will provide the right candidate a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

As a member of our Administration team, you will be the first point of contact for many clients.
You will be reporting to the Director and working closely with our Administration team, your main duties will be, but not limited to;
- Project administration support
- Reception duties
- Maintaining records and reports
- Assisting department managers and administration team;
- Data entry, filing and general ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills.
- Intermediate office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent people, communication, verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Self motivated
You will be dynamic, engaging and ideally have up to two years’ experience working in a corporate environment. This role will require strong presentation skills and a willingness to learn.
