ABOUT THE JOB
Integrity is currently looking for an enthusiastic junior administrative trainee. This is an ongoing full time role (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
You will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months, with study time at work.
You will join a dedicated team and be and responsible for assisting our administrative staff. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-paced and growing company.
Main tasks will include:
- Assisting with general enquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant department
- Investigation of claims - liaising with internal/external parties
- High Level of Claims Administration
- Data entry

- Ability to develop effective relationships with Internal & External stakeholders
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and IT solutions
- Experience in administration is an advantage but not essential
