Address As Employment Coach working across the Disability Employment Program, you will work with job seekers to coach them and get them ready for ongoing meaningful employment. Collaborating with the wider team, you will manage employment leads or source new employment opportunities that meet the needs of your job seekers. You will reverse-market job seekers into potential ongoing employment opportunities by arranging work experience or job placement opportunities.
You will empower job seekers to maintain meaningful employment by:
Coaching job seekers with relevant employment skills including interview skills, CV development, work trials, etc.
Providing ongoing post-placement support
Monitoring workplace participation to ensure ongoing success for both job seeker and employer
