We are seeking an Experienced Employment Pathway Specialist for our expanding growth opportunities within the Employment Service Provider sector. This role will be reporting directly to the National Employment Pathways Manager and is located in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be our RTO's representative for Employment Service Providers in the region and be their main point of contact

What we are looking for:
- Consultant to service the ESPs within the Brisbane Region
- Knowledge of current Employment Services funding strategies and spending
- Previous role working as a Job Coach for an Employment Service Provider would be advantageous
- Previous experience working for an ESP or a close working relationship with ESP's - This is highly advantageous
- Understand activity requirements of the role
- Experience meeting Activity and Upsale KPI's
- Ability to identify providers in other regions
- Excellent ability to development long standing relationships with Employment Service Providers.
- Motivate and grow our current client base
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel & CRM
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Must hold a current driver’s licence.

Key responsibilities:
- Work within set KPI’s and minimum targets for activity levels and revenue generation
- Visiting, Calling and Promoting on our organisation and services
- Organise and attend meetings with stakeholders externally
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Provide professional, efficient and timely service and advice to internal and external clients
- Proactively manage your own workflow, take ownership for the accurate completion of your work, perform duties in line with guidelines, procedures and compliance requirements and continually seek improvement in the way in which work is performed.
- Work collaboratively as an effective team member.
