Permanent , full-time position. Based in Shellharbour
Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract. Success in this role comes from building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs. Leverage your experience in NDIS, community service and marketing to link with employers and local businesses where you can source vacancies and support job seekers once they get work.
Duties
- Get people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable steps
- Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services
- Deliver holistic caseload management
- Ensure accurate timely administration
