Opportunity for an Employment Consultant to join the Sydney CBD team is on offer.
The Job
- Engage & assist people who have sustained an injury in the workplace
- Assist with your client’s job search & work collaboratively with stakeholders towards sustainable employment
- Assist with the preparation of CVs & job applications
- Provide interview training & coaching
- Develop a network of local employers & perform reverse marketing
- Labour Market Analysis (LMA’s)
- Arrange & monitor vocational programs & re-training
- Build robust relationships with all stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the Workplace Rehabilitation team

The Benefits
- Salary of $70-80K + Super, in line with experience
- Exceptional bonus scheme - paid quarterly in line with your performance - up to 20% of base salary ($14-16K/year)

- Regular internal & external training
- Full-time or potential for part-time role (3-4 days)

The Perfect Candidate
- 1-2 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience, or strong Employment Services or Disability Employment experience & a keen interest in moving into the industry
- A bright & enthusiastic approach
- Empathetic, resilient & focused on helping your clients return to work
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal & written
- Experience performing LMA’s valuable, though not essential
- Driver's licence
