This National law firm is undergoing an exciting period of deliberate and sustained growth. In tandem with key hires, the firm has redeveloped its policies on the flexibility piece, as well as investing heavily in technology to facilitate employee and client satisfaction.
The firm has an interesting and impressive growth story and now growth trajectory. In recent years, the firm has grown through various mergers and yet has retained a positive and collegiate culture in their Brisbane office. Most recently, is has undergone a merger to expand its commercial offering.
The firm now requires an experienced Employment & Labour lawyer to spearhead their Brisbane office. With multiple Employment Partners across their other National offices, they have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to takeover work that has otherwise been referred to Sydney and Melbourne.
About You
You will be either an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel with ambitions to take the next step in your career and carve out your own practice. Or perhaps you are already a Partner and looking to make the move to a major National in which you can leverage off existing work as well as develop your existing practice.
The existing National practice encompasses a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters with a diverse client base including commercial organisations from a range of sectors.
You will come from a top tier, reputable mid-tier or boutique law firm and be confident in your abilities to capitalise on the opportunities provided to you at this firm in order to create your desired practice.
