In this role you will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with disability. You will also be working with employers, finding flexible and innovative solutions while providing ongoing Employment Support.
This role will require you to be onsite, shadowing our placed candidates and helping them to problem solve, on-the-job! This will mean travel to different sites and time out of the office. You will need to be self-driven and confident to problem solve and negotiate with business representatives, ensuring positive outcomes for all. You will also identify new opportunites for future candidates to undertake.

About you
- People person, supportive and communicative
- Sales / customer service background
- Strong admin skills, heavy notetaking and compliance
- Ability to build trust and rapport
- Disability or DES experience advantageous
- Organisational skills
- Strong Problem solving ability
- Willingness to obtain a Criminal History check and Working with Children / Vulnerable People card
