About the role
In this role, you will work with award-winning Partners, assisting with matters from start to finish, on a range of complex and interesting workplace relations and safety matters. Some of the matters will include, but not limited to employment terms and conditions, termination of employment, industrial instrument compliance, performance management, enterprise bargaining, contractor arrangements, transactional due diligence and safety matters.
About you:
- Have a relevant law degree
- Must be admitted in Australia
- Possess 2+ years of experience in Employment/Workplace Relations & Safety law
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive situations empathetically and professionally.
