We have a rare opportunity for an Associate to join our Specialty Lines team in Adelaide working with Lani Carter on a part-time (2 days per week) basis.
About the team and the work
We rarely have an opportunity to join this team given the breadth and depth or work on offer and the genuine collaborative and cohesive team culture
You will assist across a variety of professional indemnity and health matters, providing practical advice on liability exposure and litigation
The team represents professional services specialists to defend claims made against them and regulatory complaints made to professional bodies
The team promote flexible working; this opportunity is initially on a part-time basis working 2 days per week (flexible on days) with potential to increase in the future

About you
3 to 5 years' experience gained in a well-regarded Insurance or Commercial Litigation practice
Previous experience in professional indemnity or health law is highly regarded (but not essential)
Well-developed analytical and drafting skills
