The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate to join our Darwin or Adelaide Commercial Litigation team on a full-time basis. This role will see you working on a number of high-end matters, advising government and private clients on a variety of matters including:
- A Native Title matter in the High Court;
- A commercial arbitration involving an indigenous land dispute;
- Class action disputes;
- Construction litigation;
- Medical negligence; and
- Various Supreme and Federal Court commercial dispute matters.
Who We Are Looking For
We are open to 1 or more candidates with at least 1 years' post admission experience who are able to adapt and work in a fast paced but supported team. You will have strong writing, research, and analytical skills, excellent communication and written skills, and the ability to work with the diverse set of stakeholders.
