The Opportunity
The Senior Service Centre Officer is primarily responsible for providing advice and processing applications and equipment orders for people needing mobility, communication, self-care, respiratory and prosthetic equipment. The Service Centre Senior Officer will also provide real time operational support, advice and supervision to customer service administrative staff.
