What you'll be doing

• Demonstrated broad experience in Health Services
• Experience in planning of Health Services and/or health capital developments
• Understanding of NSW Ministry of Health policies particularly as relates to health service and capital development planning and evidence based models of care
• Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively present and share information, and to produce complex reports, business cases and submissions in a timely manner
• Demonstrated high level negotiation and interpersonal skills including ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders such as senior management, clinicians, partner organisations, community members, consumers and non- government organisations; and to appropriately represent WSLHD’s interests and perspectives
• Demonstrated high-level analytical and project management skills including capability to extract, analyse and compile high quality data and information to support decision making and planning processes across LHD services and facilities
• Current NSW Drivers Licence C Class and be willing to use it for work purposes
