We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate to join our Client and Workplace Experience (CWE) team AKA Business Operations.
What will your typical day lool like?
You will specialise in data analytics, sustainability/climate action and contract management.
- Utilise data and analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across the property and Workplace portfolios.
- Assist with developing comprehensive reports, presenting findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess their current sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Work on designing tailored sustainability strategies aligned with the firm's objectives, taking into account industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Review contracts to ensure alignment with property and Workplace objectives.
Our CWE team are experts in property management and Workplace design and operations, creating memorable experiences for our people and our guests. We are passionate advocates for climate action.

You are a confident and enthusiastic student, passionate about climate action, and also:
- Be studying a degree majoring in Analytics and/or Environmental Sustainability
- Have well developed skills in Excel and formula coding including data visualization tools, and statistical analyses
- Be able to establish strong stakeholder relationships and have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Possess strong communications skills and be able to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Completing your degree in 2024 or recently completed
- Have Australian permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand citizenship
