What will your typical day look like?

You will work closely with the Team and Leadership to ensure best practice processes are upheld and followed, assist in any follow up or requests from Finance or Engagement teams and Partners, along with any other adhoc requirements. You will regularly liaise with a varied stakeholder group. In addition, you will work in an autonomous role that allows you to make a real impact to the effective operation of the ESCoE function within the Firm. Our team deliverables include:

  • Provide excellent service delivery to practitioners
  • Timely and accurate processing of entries with SWIFT
  • Streamlining and enhancing ESCoE Team processes
  • Upholding excellence in engagement coordination and administration
  • Be a Centre of Excellence for engagement coordination and administration for Deloitte nationally

About the Team

The Engagement Support Centre of Excellence (ESCoE) team within the National Finance Business provides a critical service to the Firm. The team is responsible for the provision of engagement administration and support to practitioners across the business and supports the ESCoE Operations Lead in ensuring the smooth running of the Engagement Support processes.

Development of outstanding knowledge and skills in this role could lead to progression into Portfolio Advisor roles, or other Business, Financial or Operational roles within the Firm.

You will bring a 'can-do' attitude to this role as well as:

  • A Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, Arts or Information system- we don't mind!
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to "think outside the box" when identifying problems and developing solutions, whilst demonstrating willingness to follow team processes
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Completing a degree in 2024 or recently completed
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Australian/New Zealand citizen
