About the Teams
As an internal function supporting the Deloitte business we are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities in the following 4 pillars:
- Enterprise Application Services (EAS): We help develop and maintain Deloitte's core services that the business uses every day, alongside supporting and developing a portfolio of enterprise applications. We work cross-functionally to deliver projects and engage with multiple stakeholders across the business.
- DevOps - You will develop, implement, and manage CI/CD solutions for applications and assets across the business, working with technologies and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Azure, AWS, IaC, k8s, containers, and .NET.
- Application Development & Architecture - You will be working with business stakeholders to develop end to end solutions across several different technologies and platforms, including .NET, SharePoint, Boomi, and Azure.
- Database Administration, MDM & BI - Develop and support Deloitte's databases, integrations, and reporting services across the MS SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Services, and PowerBI technologies.
- Application Support - Provide support for a large portfolio of applications and systems whilst also contributing to ongoing continual improvements and feature development for those assets. These applications and systems are inclusive of vendor and bespoke solutions.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne
- Infrastructure: We deliver a full range of technology and cyber security services to the business while ensuring the adherence to standards and compliance.
- Techology Office - Gain exposure to all aspects of modern, automated, software defined infrastructure delivery including hybrid cloud services, automated platform delivery, Windows & Mac laptop services, Identity & Access Management and Unified Communication platforms. We deliver the IT tools and services that enable the business.
- Cyber Security - Help prevent and defend the Firm against cyber attack. Review and assess industry leading projects for security control. Work with other security testers to better the Firm's IT security.

- Digital Collaboration & Research (DC&R): Our team is on a mission to help our people work smarter (not harder) in a hybrid working world. We work closely with the business on the best-practice adoption of our collaboration, productivity and research tools and services. We also deliver new products that enable the Firm's overall digital transformation strategy.
You will rotate across the three pillars of our team: Product Advisory, Governance, Research and:
- Develop a deep understanding of how our products drive modern solutions and ways of working, balancing the speed of collaboration with good information governance.
- Gain experience in change strategies and applying innovative thinking to solve our people's pain points.
- Develop skills in research to meet the pressing needs of our client-facing teams who need qualitative and quantitative data to underpin their deliverables.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart
- Project Management Office (PMO): IT Services teams work on projects as approved and prioritised by the Investment and growth forum, and the Project Management Office is responsible for the planning, delivery and governance of the ITS project portfolio. We provide project management, business analysis, change management, program architecture and strategy services to the firm's operational, maintenance and investment initiatives.
In this role you will be able to utilise your strong interest in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis by:
- Being at the forefront of the planning and delivery of a variety of on large, scaled IT-technology projects outlined in Deloitte's strategy.
- Learning about a variety of projects and different methodologies such as Agile and Design Thinking.
- Actively working as Junior Business Analysts and Project Manager on different initiatives whilst being supported by experienced colleagues.
- Developing skills in the launch of new applications and gain exposure to change management, quality assurance and project control activities.

You are a confident student with a keen interest in IT and have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or similar
- A passion for using your technical skills to craft smarter, faster and secure solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside of the box!
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
