It Service Manager

As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of IT services to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation and its stakeholders. Working closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors, you will define service levels, establish processes, and monitor performance to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IT services. This role requires strong leadership skills, IT service management expertise, and the ability to align IT services with business objectives.Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years experience in IT service management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering and managing IT services in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL, and experience applying them to service delivery processes.
