The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join the Broadmeadows Older Adults Mental Health Unit (BOAMHU) team. BOAMHU is a 19 bed Inpatient Unit providing multidisciplinary treatment to Older Adult Mental Health consumers in the northern area.
The EEN role is pivotal to our Multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver excellent care to our consumers and their families. The EEN will uphold clinical standards to achieve a high quality and evidence-based nursing care within their scope of practice.
At BOAMHU we will welcome you as part of a caring and innovative multidisciplinary team to work with our older adults presenting with acute Mental Health needs.
As a team we are passionate about the work we do to achieve our goals and excellent care outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated working experience in acute Mental Health settings.
- Positive team player with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
