• Patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Providing nursing care for patients in a safe and competent manner. Nursing practice should reflect current knowledge of nursing and related disciplines and the philosophy of the Division of Nursing.

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Enrolled Nurse (without Notation).
• Recent clinical experience in an acute setting including, speciality areas of Endoscopy and processing of Endoscopes.
• Knowledge of Infection Control and Standard Precautions.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of person centred care and NSW Health Core Values.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the Continuous Quality Improvement concepts.
