We are looking for Part time, Full time and Casual nurses to join our Medical Infusion Centre/Day Onc team.
Our Medical Infusion Centre has been designed to support our patients and staff needs, with light filled spaces and spectacular views across our beautiful city - Melbourne.
We are building our teams, setting a new standard in staff engagement, teamwork and patient care and satisfaction.
Supported by our dynamic executive and senior leadership team, Adeney Private Hospital is currently looking for experienced EENs and RNs for our Medical Infusion Centre/ Day Onc.
You will be aligned with our vision and with our values of Connect, Unify and Challenge and your passion for patient care and improving patient and hospital outcomes will shine through.
Our treatment & care as designed by our executive team and our VMOs, follows the principles of patient centred and staff centred care.
About Adeney Private Hospital.
Adeney Private Hospital is an exciting new way of thinking about health care.
We are looking to develop a team that share this vision.
Adeney Private Hospital is a joint venture between a group of doctors and Medibank Private.
The hospital is majority owned by the doctors, providing high quality, affordable healthcare.
It will be the first hospital in Australia that aims not to charge insured patients any out-of-pocket expenses, across all specialties.
It is a short stay hospital, where both the prehabilitation and rehabilitation care are to be delivered outside the hospital, providing continuity for patients when they are discharged.
Our key surgical specialties are Orthopaedics, ENT, General, Colorectal, Urology, Plastics, Upper GI, Breast and Endocrine, and Vascular.
There is also an Acute Surgical Ward, Day of Surgery Unit, four operating rooms and an endoscopy suite.
Pharmacy, and Radiology services (including CT scanning) are available on site.
The executive team are keen to develop a team that share their passion and vision. Our priority is a patient connected approach, uniting staff who are an integral part of the team.
The goal is to open the hospital late 2024.
To be successful, you will have:
- A "Can do" attitude.
- A true passion for nursing and a deep understanding of the impact you have on patients and their families at every interaction you have with them.
- AHPRA registration
- Current Practising certificate
- Contemporary acute hospital nursing experience in Oncology

- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Australian healthcare standards, current trends and their implications for patient outcomes.
- Builds strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build/maintain the reputation and brand of the hospital.
