Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Oncology Registered Nurses with exceptional interpersonal abilities and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care to become part of the well-established nursing team at a private hospital in Melbourne, whether on a full-time or part-time basis.
ROLE DESCRIPTION Your duties will encompass:

• Providing evidence-based nursing care, including a comprehensive assessment of patients receiving chemotherapy/immunotherapy;
• Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
• Ensuring patient and staff safety;
• Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registration with AHPRA;
• Working with Children check;
• At least 2 years of Oncology nursing experience;
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
• Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work well independently and within a team;
• Basic computer skills.

REMUNERATION A salary ranges from $36.38 - $46.22 per hour, based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience.
