AddressNest medical is looking for an Endorsed midwife to join their team. If you are passionate about providing high quality antenatal and postnatal care in a collaborative, continuity of care model then Nest Medical is for you. No requirement to work nights or weekends, negotiable hours with a minimum of 2 days per week.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Registration with AHPRA as a midwife with an endorsement to prescribe
- Minimum 2years experience in the antenatal care setting
Desirable qualities include:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with midwives, endorsed midwives and GP obstetricians
- Experience working in a continuity of care model
- Understanding of routine antenatal care and when certain diagnostic tests are required
- Knowledge of ACMI referral guidelines and how to apply these in the antenatal setting
- Willingness to run antenatal education sessions

Here at Nest Medical we understand the importance of family commitments and are willing to provide flexible working hours. We do not run evening or weekend clinics but we do hold antenatal education sessions every 6 weeks on Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings which our midwives are rostered to work on a rotational basis.
