Energy Billing Analyst

This well-established, successful company offers energy management services for business customers, achieving significant energy cost reductions. The group also implements and manages embedded network solutions for large shopping centres and commercial building complexes, providing energy savings for tenants and income for landlords. As the group enjoys a period of sustained growth, an opportunity has become available for a skilled Billing Analyst to join the team based in the Hawthorn East office, with scope for some work from home.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the billing processes for allocated sites, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing. This role involves handling various tasks such as move-ins/outs, addressing billing queries, managing meter/data faults, updating rates, performing monthly billing and validation, and generating reports.
Positive and self-motivated, you will have excellent communication skills and you will enjoy working both as part of a team, and autonomously as needed. You will be proficient in Excel and good with company systems and workflows. You will possess strong attention to detail and will enjoy problem-solving and providing solutions as a key part of your job.
