We want to engage and empower our diverse, global team to co-create value with our customers through our solutions in contract logistics and air, ocean, ground, and finished vehicle transport.YOUR ROLEWe're seeking an experienced Billing Analyst, based from our Truganina VIC offices, to ensure that CEVA customers are billed for services in line with their contracted rate cards; to conduct internal analysis on customer data in support of account management KPIs and relationships; and to be the SME on invoicing process and application.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:
- Extract or interpret operational data from WMS and other inputs to populate contract-specific billing templates as per the contract
- Act as an expert for the billing process, customer commercial changes, and system application
- Critique invoice details for accuracy and analyse for key trends to provide insight for operations and account management teams
- Populate and distribute KPIs to operations and account management teams
- Influence customer rate structure to simplify and standardise where possible
- Maintain and support compliance with the reporting of commercials in line with finance business rules
- Support commercial and operational decisions with insightful analysis and information on volumes, revenue generation, benchmarking, and other KPIs.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and ability to work effectively with data to infer, extract and translate into actionable insights
- Ability to read, understand and interpret commercial contracts around rates / invoicing and systemise these
