We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated experienced teacher to join our staff who is passionate about Learning and Teaching to work in the newly created role of Engagement in Learning Teacher.
Key Role:
The Engagement in Learning Teacher will work within the Learning Diversity Team and will work alongside home group teachers to support students with learning, lead small group instruction within the classroom and adapt lessons in conjunction with home group teachers with the aim of maximising Engagement In Learning of all children.
The successful applicant will join a team dedicated to achieving engaging learning experiences that challenge children to achieve their personal best. They will be able to cater effectively for a diverse range of learning needs while working in flexible learning spaces.
They will be able to build positive relationships with children, parents and staff and create learning environments where all are valued and challenged.
A commitment to professional learning and ongoing improvement is essential. The successful applicant will be able to work as an active, positive and supportive staff member who is committed to the ethos and values of Catholic Education.
