  • $83.879 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
  • 9 day fortnight
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Location: Caboolture

About our opportunity

We have a NEW exciting opportunity for an Engagement and Patrols Lead to join the leadership team within the Local Laws Branch.

Our team strives to provide exceptional customer service for our community, and this role is integral in achieving that goal. Reporting directly to the Engagement and Patrols Coordinator, you will liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders and community members to foster positive engagement and enforcement outcomes.

You will lead a team of Local Laws Rangers in the delivery of engagement and enforcement activities across our growing city. The team will rely on you to offer expert guidance on compliance matters and legislation…you’ll play a key role in cultivating a positive team culture by providing coaching and development of team members.

The successful candidate will need to be available to work any 5 out of 7 days as part of the ordinary hours and participate in council's "After Hours On-Call and Programmed Overtime Roster" service. This will include working every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
