THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer who is motivated to join our dynamic team.
This role is an entry-level position. You will be mentored and involved in designing and developing wire harnesses and complete electrical solutions for RVs in the automotive industry.
You will collaborate with a team to ensure electrical systems are practically and seamlessly integrated.
The ideal candidate will possess fluid written and verbal communication skills while understanding electrical engineering principles and have problem-solving skills possessing a passion for growth and innovation.
You will be responsible for completing tasks and projects with your team.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:
- Conceptualise, design, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using AutoCAD, Creo Parametric
- Collaborate with customers and the broader engineering team to integrate electrical systems with overall project requirements.
TESTING:
- Testing harnesses for reliability of designed electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of prototypes, making necessary adjustments to meet performance standards.
COLLABORATION:
- Be able to work closely between customers and broader company teams, with support.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in existing systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Zuken.e3
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Creo Parametric
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for schematic design and analysis.
- Proven experience in electrical design, development, and testing.
