About The Role
- Providing technical and logistics expertise in leading the Mill Engineering Stores team
- Conducting in-depth data analyses and resolving specific Engineering Stores issues
- Fostering a positive and continuous improvement stores culture to support the Mill customers (Reliability and Operations Teams)
- Capable of undertaking all the Stores roles and functions
- Leading and ensuring material inventory management occurs and is in line with Business Financial regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Engineering Spares Logistics
- 3-5 years of technical/Stores Logistics experience in a Manufacturing environment or related industries
- Experience in leading small teams.
- Knowledge and experience in Engineering Stores inventory management processes
- Reliability-focused understanding of Engineering spares and impact on operating assets
- Desire for improvement to create a more competitive future by finding opportunities and relentlessly pursuing them
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders cross-functionally, and articulating and identifying business priorities, drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Customer-focused with sound customer liaison skills, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Team player with great communication and stakeholder management skills, applying commercial and systematic acumen towards achieving results
