You will directly contribute to enhancing the overall performance, reliability, and compliance of the PTA Operational Technology network. You will demonstrate leadership to achieve agreed outcomes and communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision with a range of stakeholders. We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate who thrives in an agile environment, where unconventional work patterns are welcomed.To be suitable for this role, you will possess:
- Relevant professional qualifications that would satisfy the admission requirement for Professional membership of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
- Recent experience in Control systems; including Programmable Logic Controllers and SCADA systems; though design, commissioning and operations and maintenance phases
- Demonstrated recent experience in fault finding on Operational Technology Systems and associated field equipment.
- Proven experience in providing engineering support in the planning, design and delivery of maintenance and/or construction works in an operational asset intensive environment.
- Proven experience of applying asset management frameworks asset management strategy.
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD or other design aids, and SCADA computer applications.
