Engineering Manager

You’ll be pivotal in crafting a capability that equips our engineers with the essential skills, tools, and guardrails to craft exceptional software. To be successful in this role you’ll need:

• 10+ years technology experience with 5+ years leading developers/engineers and teams with proven ability in developing, coaching, and engaging technology professionals. 
• Expert in understanding modern software development practices, technologies, and methodologies, including but not limited to technologies such as .NET, React and API 
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. 
• Successful record of managing distributed resources and partners (both offshore & onshore) 
• Proven ability to leverage technical expertise to guide teams and influence decision-makers. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a product-based environment.
