To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- 10+ years technology experience with 5+ years leading developers/engineers and teams with proven ability in developing, coaching, and engaging technology professionals.
- Expert in understanding modern software development practices, technologies, and methodologies, including but not limited to technologies such as .NET, React and API
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Successful record of managing distributed resources and partners (both offshore & onshore)
- Proven ability to leverage technical expertise to guide teams and influence decision-makers.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a product-based environment.
