Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination
- Maintain priorities & schedules for projects and engineering resources.
- Organise training sessions for internal resources.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and files essential for project documentation.
- Monitor active project progression & resource allocations.
- Assist with resource forecasts for individual projects and overall departments.
- Develop strategies to reduce project disruptions.
- Communication & correspondence
- Facilitate effective communication between different departments, teams & external stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to improve project timelines.
- Communicate risks and provide guidance to project stakeholders.
- Budget & Billing management
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Review and research possible time and resources saving opportunities.
- Track project task completion and billing.
Suitable Skills:
- Prior experience with project delivery and coordination in a customer focused environment, preferably with engineering projects.
- Strong organizational skill and ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
