AddressSummary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Site Clerk to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The Engineering Site Administrator will work closely with our Project Managers and Engineers to ensure that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory, safety inspections and expense reports Assist in the creation, distribution of documents such as reports and memos Manage site budgets and expenses Develop and implement site policies and procedures Enter and maintain data in engineering databases and spreadsheets Qualifications: 3 years of experience in site management or a related field Strong analytical, innovative and problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Familiarity with basic engineering terminology and concepts is an advantage Australian or NZ Citizenship or permanent residency is 100% required – Working holiday visas, temporary students visas, and applicants requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible.
