We are currently seeking a Site Engineer to assist in the delivery of maintenance and renewal projects on the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction methodologies and works packs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assist with the management and direction of construction and maintenance activities.
- Inspection and testing to ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide input to resolve technical problems as they arise.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Comfortable working at height on a construction site.
- The ability to work collaboratively with both field staff and designers to develop practical solutions to complex problems.
- A positive attitude and a self-starter.
