Engineering Team Lead - Acquisitions

About the roleAs the Engineering Team Lead for Acquisitions at Babcock, you will be at the forefront of managing and leading our engineering efforts during the Acquisition phases under Survey and Quote engagements from the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Your key responsibilities will include authoring, reviewing, and approving critical technical engineering documents, such as Operation Concept Documents, Functional Performance Specifications, Tender Evaluation Reports, Engineering Change Proposals, Engineering Reports, Safety Case Reports, and ILSPs.About youAs the Engineering Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the Acquisition phases under Survey and Quote engagements from the Australian Defence Force (ADF). With the support of the PEM (Program Engineering Manager) and PM (Project Manager), you will oversee the team's workload, ensuring the delivery of outcomes while maintaining positive relationships with internal Babcock teams and key stakeholders across defence. Your daily responsibilities will include team management and resourcing, problem-solving, and providing advice and guidance on the delivery of outcomes.What we offer you
